Ellen J. Park is from Meriden, Connecticut. She earned her B.A. from Central Connecticut State University in 1995. In 1996, Park began her career as a teacher in the Meriden School District. She taught various subjects over the years including social studies, math, and reading. In 2013, Park took a job with the State Department of Education as an Education Consultant. Park serves on the boards of several local organizations related to community development, education policy, and youth programs. She lives in Meriden with her husband and two children.read less
