Cheryl E. Pasteur was born in Michigan. She received her B.A. degree in Psychology and her Master of Public Administration degree from Western Michigan University. Pasteur served as the Vice President of Operations for the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. She also served as a Kellogg Fellow. Pasteur served as a State Representative in the Michigan House from 2009-2014. She focused on health, education, and economic security issues.read less
