As introduced Bill 25-798 would require a motor vehicle dealer to provide written notice of a vehicle’s classification and registration requirements to consumers before selling a vehicle and makes the rental of motorcycle or motor-driven cycles with false identifying information of vehicle class or without a proper registration unlawful. It also removes the exemption of motorcycles and motor-driven cycles from rental fleet registration requirements.
