  • Requires KCDD to report to the Governor and Legislature on grants/contracts and program effectiveness on or before January 11, 2027.
  • Establishes the Prenatally and Postnatally Diagnosed Conditions Awareness Programs Fund in the State Treasury; expenditures limited to program use and made pursuant to appropriation acts and vouchers approved by the KCDD chairperson.
