SJR 81 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, provides that the term of imprisonment for a person found guilty of an offense of sexual trafficking of a child in the first degree as provided by law shall be for life without eligibility for probation or parole. This amendment is identical to SJR 18 (2025), HJR 26 (2025), SJR 92 (2024), and HJR 132 (2024). TRISTAN BENSON, JR.
