AN ACT REQUIRING THE RESULTS OF ANY WATER QUALITY TEST ON A PRIVATE WELL SERVING A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OR A SEMIPUBLIC WELL THAT ARE SUBMITTED TO A LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY BE ACCESSIBLE BY THE PUBLIC.
