Zak Harvey is a Republican representative for Rutland-3 in the Vermont House of Representatives, serving since 2025. He resides in Castleton and serves on the House Committee on Judiciary. Prior to public service, he spent a decade in financial services, including roles at the New York Stock Exchange and its parent company, Intercontinental Exchange, and began his career at Nasdaq. He was appointed Finance Chair of the Vermont Republican Party .

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Providence College; studied International Relations at University College London. Serves on multiple Providence College committees, including the Wall Street Advisory Council, Young Alumni Leadership Council, and Board for the Providence College Club of New York.
