Xiongpao "Xp" Lee is an American politician and member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party ** representing **District 34B in the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2025. He won a special election on September 16, 2025, with 60.9% of the vote to succeed Melissa Hortman following her assassination, and was sworn in on September 26, 2025. Previously a Brooklyn Park City Council member, Lee is a health equity analyst focused on healthcare, education, infrastructure, and Hmong community outreach.
