Biography
Wyman Duggan is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 12 in parts of Duval County, including Jacksonville. Born on April 26, 1969, in Jacksonville, Florida, he is a fifth-generation Floridian, married for over 24 years with three children, and a Christian. A shareholder at Rogers Towers, P.A., he specializes in land use, zoning, permitting, property rights, and economic development, securing over $30 million in property tax reductions. Notable achievements include serving as Speaker pro tempore since November 19, 2024; chairing the Insurance & Banking Subcommittee; and sponsoring a 2024 bill to abolish police review boards. He is active in civic roles, such as past chair of Jacksonville's Charter Revision Commission and leadership in organizations like NAIOP and Rotary Club.
