Will D. Mortenson is a Republican attorney from Fort Pierre, South Dakota, representing District 24 in the South Dakota House of Representatives since January 2021. Born January 1, 1988, in Pierre, he serves the counties of Hughes, Hyde, Stanley, and Sully, and is also known as a cow hand.
