Wayne Laroche is a Republican representative for Franklin-5 in the Vermont House of Representatives, serving since February 15, 2022, after appointment by Governor Phil Scott to replace Paul Martin. Born in Sheldon, Vermont, he resides in Franklin and has a extensive background in wildlife management and marine biology.
