Biography
Wayne M. Burton is a Democratic representative residing in Durham, New Hampshire. He is married and has three children. Prior to his legislative career, Burton served as the President of North Shore Community College. He maintains a home address in Durham and serves the community as part of the state legislature.
Education
Burton holds an AB from Bowdoin College located in Brunswick, Maine. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in Durham.
Political Experience
Burton serves as a Representative in the New Hampshire House of Representatives for Strafford County District 10. His legislative service spans multiple decades, with terms recorded from 1985 to 1986, 1989 to 1990, 2014 to 2018, and from 2024 to the present. He also possesses local government experience having served on the Durham Town Council.
