Biography

Walter Hall is a Republican delegate representing District 58 in the West Virginia House of Delegates. Born on April 10, 1963, in South Charleston, West Virginia, he is a lifelong resident of St. Albans, where he lives with his spouse, Sue. A licensed insurance agent with Morris Insurance Services, Hall has a strong record of community involvement, including serving as Vice Mayor and Councilman at Large for the City of St. Albans, SA MUC Commissioner/Treasurer, and President of the 25177 Foundation, a nonprofit he helped establish to support youth groups through community service. Notable achievements include founding the St. Albans Quarterback Club in 2004, leadership in the St. Albans Rotary Club , membership in the St. Albans Chamber of Commerce, role as Community Educator for the Alzheimer's Association, and St. Albans Dementia Friendly Co-Chair. In the legislature, he sponsored HB2066 , creating a crime for the destruction of first responder equipment, which was signed by the Governor.
