She attended public schools and graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in political science. After college, Victoria worked on several political campaigns before deciding to run for office herself. She served on her local city council for 4 years. In 2018, Victoria ran for the state legislature. She campaigned on issues like education, jobs, and healthcare. Victoria won the election and became one of the youngest members of the legislature.
