Biography
Victoria "Vicky" Flynn is a Republican Assemblywoman representing New Jersey's 13th Legislative District in Monmouth County, which includes 16 towns. She was sworn into the New Jersey General Assembly in January 2022, following her election as one of the new members that year, contributing to an increase in female representatives. Flynn serves as Deputy Conference Leader since January 2024 and has held roles such as parliamentarian. She resides in Holmdel with her husband Mike Naughton and daughters Grace, Kate, and Shannon.
Notable achievements include serving as president of the Holmdel Board of Education , where she advocated for safely reopening schools during the pandemic; vice president of the Nutley Board of Education ; and board member of the Holmdel Theater Company since 2018. She holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, was named *Outstanding Young Woman of the Year *, and has served on the Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts. Current committee assignments include Financial Institutions and Insurance, Housing, Judiciary, and Joint Committee on Public Schools; she is also a member of the American Irish State Legislators Caucus.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in political science from Rutgers University; Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University Law School.
- Legal Career: Law clerk to Justice Jaynee LaVecchia on the New Jersey Supreme Court; attorney at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick & Cole for 16 years; partner at Gluck Walrath and Hill Wallack; founded her own firm, Flynn L.L.C., in Holmdel upon entering the Legislature.
