Delegate Vaughn Morton Stewart III is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 19 in Montgomery County since January 9, 2019.

Vaughn Morton Stewart III, born November 15, 1988, in Anniston, Alabama, is an attorney and progressive lawmaker known for his work on housing, transit, and environmental issues. He won election to the House in 2018 after placing third in the Democratic primary, serving as Chief Deputy Majority Whip in 2024 and holding leadership roles such as chair of subcommittees on motor vehicles/transportation and land use/ethics.
