Thomas Duval "Val" Guest, Jr. is a Republican representative for District 106 in the South Carolina House, covering Horry County along the Grand Strand. He has served in this role, focusing on public safety, support for first responders, small business growth, and infrastructure improvements like rural road safety and bridge modernization.
