Biography
Trinidad Tellez is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 40. She has served since 2022 and is a family physician, business owner , educator, and former Director of the Office of Health Equity at the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. A 22-year resident of Manchester, NH, she is married with one child and originally from California.
Notable achievements include over 20 years advancing health equity, diversity, and inclusion; leading operationalization of federal civil rights law compliance for language access and CLAS Standards across NH DHHS; and community involvement as a working mom, caregiver, church-goer, and active Manchester resident.

- Medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School .
- Residency at UCSF-affiliated Natividad Family Medicine Residency in Salinas, California.
- Two-year Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Fellowship in health services research and health policy at UCLA .
