Biography
Travis Corcoran
Travis Corcoran is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives representing the Hillsborough 28th district, a position he has held since his election in November 2024. He is an American politician and author who has been a resident of Weare, New Hampshire for over ten years and maintains an active presence in state politics and on social media.
Corcoran describes his political orientation as anarcho-capitalist and characterizes himself as a lifelong defender of small government and limited budgets. He has voted in every election cycle during his residency in New Hampshire.
Education
Corcoran holds a bachelor's degree in a dual major of Computer Science and History from Cornell University.
Political Experience
Before his current position, Corcoran served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2022 to 2024, representing Hillsborough 44, which covers Weare and Goffstown. During that term, he earned an A+ rating from the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance in both 2023 and 2024, as well as a perfect score from Granite State Taxpayers, reflecting his legislative voting record on small government and low taxes issues.
Beyond his state representative role, Corcoran has served on his town's finance board and on the Zoning Board of Adjustment. His co-representative for Hillsborough 28 is Keith Erf.
