Biography

Tracy Pennycuick is a Republican state senator representing Pennsylvania's 24th District, which includes parts of Berks and Montgomery counties. Elected to the Senate in 2022, she previously served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 147th District starting in 2020. A 26-year U.S. Army veteran who retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, she began her military career as a combat medic, later becoming an aviation officer. After retiring, she founded aviation consulting businesses, including Moneypenny Consulting and CRT Capital Enterprise, and served three years as Director of Veterans Affairs for Montgomery County.

  • Political Experience: Chairs the Senate Communications and Technology Committee, focusing on innovation, disinformation protection, and online safeguards for minors .   • Notable Achievements: Championed job creation, veteran support, law enforcement, education improvements , and fiscal responsibility without tax hikes. Secured $193 million in Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit relief, wage increases for direct care workers, over $24 million in community grants, and lobbying transparency reforms.
