Biography
Tracey Mann is a Republican representing Kansas's 1st Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since January 2021. A fifth-generation Kansan born on December 17, 1976, in Quinter, Kansas, he was raised on his family farm south of Quinter in a farmhouse ordered from the Montgomery Ward catalog in the early 1900s. He learned hard work managing fields, feed yards, and cattle alongside family. Mann lives in Salina, Kansas, with his wife Audrey and their four children: Quincy, Austin, Whitney, and Elise. Notable achievements include high school leadership as FFA and student council president, contributing to seven state championships in football, track, quiz bowl, and parliamentary procedure; at Kansas State University, he served as Student Body President. He is a tireless advocate for Kansas agriculture and conservative values, serving on the House Agriculture, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Small Business Committees, with subcommittees on railroads, pipelines, hazardous materials; underserved, agricultural, and rural business; aviation; commodity markets, digital assets, and rural development; and highways and transit.
