Tony McCombie is a Republican politician and realtor serving as the House Minority Leader of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 89th District in northwestern Illinois, which includes all or parts of Carroll, DeKalb, Jo Daviess, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago counties.
