Tom Weber is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives representing District 64, which includes all or parts of Antioch, Bull Valley, Crystal Lake, Fox Lake, Lake Villa, Lakemoor, Volo, and Woodstock. Born in Lake Villa, Illinois, he has spent most of his life working on his family farm as a carpenter and electrician, later starting a construction company in 1996 serving Lake and McHenry Counties. Married to Becki since 1989, they have two adult children and reside in Lake Villa. Elected in November 2018 after defeating Democrat Trisha Zubert, he has served continuously, including reelection campaigns in 2020 and 2024. Notable positions include Ranking Minority Member of Appropriations for Health and Human Services, Co-Chair of Judiciary-Civil Subcommittee on Family Law and Probate, and membership on committees such as Counties & Townships, Health Care Availability & Access, Human Services, and Ethics & Elections.
