Biography

Tom Delnicki is a Republican State Representative for Connecticut's 14th Assembly District, representing South Windsor, where he is a lifelong resident. Born on September 7, 1956, he was first elected to the Connecticut General Assembly in November 2016. He serves as the Ranking Member of the Banking Committee and as a member of the Planning and Development Committee. Notable achievements include passing legislation to create a Captive Insurance Company for rebuilding crumbling foundations , championing a fair rent commission for renters, and crafting a bill to end control tactics by abusers against domestic violence victims.
