Thomas F. "Tom" Charlton is a Republican representative for the Windsor-Windham district in the Vermont House of Representatives, which includes towns such as Athens, Chester, Grafton, and Windham. An 8th-generation Vermonter with 50 years of residency in the district, he is an Eagle Scout, ordained Baptist minister, avid outdoorsman, lifetime youth volunteer, and father to three grown sons. Education and Political Experience
