Biography
Todd B. Morgan is a Republican representing District 29C in the Maryland House of Delegates, serving since January 11, 2023. A longtime St. Mary's County resident for over 40 years, originally from Buffalo, NY, he is a former defense contractor who worked for Booz Allen Hamilton and was a partner in Eagan McAllister Associates, Inc.; he later worked for SAIC. Previously a three-term St. Mary's County Commissioner for District 4 , he has focused on transportation, infrastructure, economic and workforce development. Notable achievements include the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award , First Republican Man of the Year , and leadership roles such as Chair of the Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland and President of the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance . He serves on the Environment and Transportation Committee and is Deputy Republican Whip ; other positions include Oyster Advisory Commission and former Board of Trustees, Chesapeake Bay Trust . Married with three adult children, he is active in community service including as an Assistant Scoutmaster and church finance committee member.
