Todd Gilbert is a Republican politician born on October 19, 1970, in Newton, Texas. He represents Virginia's 15th House District, a rural area in the Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains that includes all of Page and Shenandoah Counties and portions of Warren and Rockingham Counties.
