Tod O. Ohnstad was born in Plentywood, Montana in 1965. He has worked as an attorney and small businessman. Ohnstad obtained his undergraduate degree at Montana State University-Bozeman in 1987. In 1991, he earned his law degree from the University of Montana. Ohnstad is currently a sole practitioner in Kalispell. He is a member of the National Rifle Association, Montana Shooting Sports Association, Montanans for Multiple Use and Montana Outfitters and Guides Association. Ohnstad is involved with the Montana Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.read less
