Tina L. Mulally is a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives representing District 35 , which includes parts of Rapid City in the Black Hills region. A businesswoman and resident of Rapid City, she is married to Dan Mulally, with two grown children, and is a Christian. Elected in 2018, she assumed office in 2019 and serves as an incumbent, winning re-elections including in 2022 against a Democratic challenger.
