Tim Turner is a Republican representing Oklahoma House District 15, which includes parts of Haskell, Le Flore, McIntosh, Muskogee, and Pittsburg counties. A lifelong resident of the district, he lives in Kinta with his wife, Brooke, and son, Sawyer; they are members of Stigler First Assembly. Turner is a battle-tested law enforcement veteran who began his career as a 911 dispatcher in Checotah and later served as Haskell County Sheriff, where he doubled the number of deputies and led the county's largest drug bust. He also worked as a district attorney's taskforce officer with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, collaborated with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics on multi-state illegal marijuana operations, and was appointed by Governor Kevin Stitt in 2022 to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Commission .
