Biography
Tim Kraayenbrink is a Republican Iowa State Senator representing District 4 . Born in 1959 in Paullina, Iowa, he resides in Fort Dodge with his wife Sally; they have three children and six grandchildren, and have served as licensed foster parents for 15 years. A small business owner, he has operated Kraayenbrink Financial Services since 2007 after working as a financial advisor since 1988. He is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and supports civic organizations like Fort Dodge Noon Sertoma. Notable positions include Assistant Majority Leader and Chair of the Appropriations Committee, with service on Education, Government Oversight, Rules and Administration, and various subcommittees.
