Biography
Tim Kelly is a Republican representative serving the 93rd District in the Michigan House of Representatives, encompassing portions of Clinton, Gratiot, Ionia, Montcalm, and Saginaw counties. Born December 21, 1956, in Terre Haute, Indiana, he is married to Deenie and has two sons, Sean and Stone. He resides in Saginaw Township and is Catholic. Notable achievements include serving his fourth non-consecutive term , chairing the Appropriations Subcommittee on School Aid & the Department of Education, and majority vice chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Human Services. He also serves on the House Appropriations Committee and subcommittees for Michigan State Police and General Government.
