Tiffany T. Alston represents District 24 in Prince George's County in the Maryland House of Delegates, serving since January 11, 2023, alongside Delegates Jazz Lewis and Andrea Harrison. Born April 22, 1977, in Washington, DC, she previously served from January 2011 to October 2012, when she was removed from office following conviction for misusing General Assembly funds to pay a law firm employee. Notable current positions include the Health and Government Operations Committee , Maryland Medicaid Advisory Committee, Oversight Committee on Quality of Care in Nursing Homes and Assisted-Living Facilities, and Government Efficiency Commission; she is also on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Patient Safety Center.
