Thomas H. Kutz is a Republican State Representative for Pennsylvania's 87th Legislative District, which covers parts of Cumberland County including Upper Allen Township, Silver Spring Township, Monroe Township, Mt. Holly Springs Borough, portions of South Middleton Township, and part of Lower Allen Township. A lifelong Cumberland County resident born in 1994 and hailing from Mechanicsburg, he was first elected in 2022 and reelected in 2024. Kutz is a licensed attorney specializing in real estate law, business law, and civil litigation, raised in a family of small business owners, teachers, and blue-collar workers. He emphasizes conservative principles focused on job creation, safe communities, strong schools, economic growth, natural resources, regulatory reform, infrastructure modernization, and family-friendly policies. Notable achievements include being named to the City & State PA Forty under 40 in 2023 and honored as the 2024 Government Leader of the Year by the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC. He serves as co-chair of the Bipartisan Future Caucus and on committees including Appropriations, Consumer Protection, Technology and Utilities, Finance, Insurance, Rules, and Intergovernmental Affairs and Operations . Kutz lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife Allie and their dog Camden, actively participating in community events, nonprofit organizations, and church leadership.
