Biography
Thomas E. "Action" Jackson Jr. is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 68 since 1994. A longtime educator and associate pastor at the Church of God in Christ, he resides in Thomasville with his wife Dorothy and their four children: Kimberly, Terence, Thomas III, and Trumaine. Notable positions include Ranking Minority Member on committees such as Agriculture and Forestry, Ethics and Campaign Finance, Local Legislation, and Public Safety and Homeland Security; he also serves on the Joint Legislative Committee on Public Accounts and is a member of the National Black Caucus of State Legislators and the NAACP.
