Biography

Theresa Wood is a Democratic representative for the Washington-Chittenden district in the Vermont House of Representatives, serving since 2016 . She chairs the House Committee on Human Services and holds ex officio positions on the Health Reform Oversight Committee and Special Committee on Capitol Complex Flood Recovery, while also serving on the Joint Fiscal Committee, Joint Legislative Justice Oversight Committee, Joint Legislative Management Committee, and Vermont Council on Interstate Juvenile Supervision.
