Teresa E. Reilly is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 35A . Born June 26, 1958, in Ohio, she has served since January 2015, initially representing District 35B until 2023. Notable achievements include sponsoring 2018 legislation for up to 30 years' imprisonment for selling opioids causing a minor's death, following the 2016 overdose of 17-year-old Amber Jones; serving as House Chair of the Harford County Delegation ; and current roles as Deputy Minority Whip , member of the Health Committee , Rules and Executive Nominations Committee, and various caucuses like Maryland Veterans, Fire-EMS, and Sportsmen’s.
