Biography
Tasha Boerner is a Democratic member of the California State Assembly representing District 77, which encompasses parts of northern San Diego County including Encinitas, Carlsbad, and Oceanside. Education and Political Experience
- Education: Boerner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
- Political Experience: Prior to the Assembly, she served on the Encinitas City Council from 2018 to 2022, including as Mayor Pro Tem.
