Tandy Darby is a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives representing District 76. Born on October 11, 1973, he is a lifelong resident of Greenfield, Tennessee, and has served since November 3, 2020, succeeding Andy Holt. He works as a salesman for Akin & Porter Produce Inc. since 1997, co-founded Greenfield Laser Industries in 2008, and continues farming on his family farm. Darby is married to Kasi, a financial advisor, and they have three daughters: Tess, Edie, and Sloan. The family attends Bethel Baptist Church in Greenfield. Notable positions include serving as one of seven deputy whips in the Tennessee House starting February 2021 and supporting the 2023 resolution to expel three Democratic lawmakers for decorum violations.
