Steve Lathrop is a Democratic politician and attorney from Nebraska, born on April 1, 1957, in Omaha. He represents Nebraska's 12th Legislative District, which includes the City of Ralston and western neighborhoods in Douglas County, such as the Millard area. Lathrop served in the Nebraska Legislature from 2007 to 2015 and again from January 9, 2019, to January 4, 2023.
