Biography

Steven Kelly is a Republican representative for House District 9 in the Montana House of Representatives, based in Kalispell, Montana. Elected in 2024, he defeated Democratic candidate Joanne Morrow with 74% of the vote and previously won the Republican primary against Lee Huestis.
