Biography
Steve Drazkowski is a Republican state senator representing Minnesota Senate District 20, which covers portions of Dakota, Goodhue, Olmsted, Wabasha, and Winona counties, including cities like Red Wing, Cannon Falls, Lake City, Mazeppa, and Zumbrota. Born November 27, 1964, in Winona, Minnesota, he grew up on a family farm in Bluff Siding, Wisconsin, and resides in Mazeppa with his wife Laura, a longtime U.S. Postal Service employee; their daughter Kinsey lives in Virginia. A Catholic and former Future Farmers of America member, he is recognized as a conservative leader who has exposed issues like election irregularities in Minneapolis and the Feeding Our Future fraud under the Walz administration. He announced he would not seek reelection in 2026.
