Stephen Kinsey is the Representative from the 201st District, located in Wayne County. He was elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 201st District in 2018. Rep. Kinsey has served on the Human Services, State Government, and Urban Affairs Committees.
