Representative Stephanie Hein

Stephanie Hein is an American Democratic state representative serving Missouri House District 136, which represents southeast Springfield and part of Greene County. Born in Rolla, Missouri, she currently resides in Springfield. Before her election to the Missouri House in 2022, she had an established career in both the restaurant industry and higher education. She defeated incumbent Republican Craig Fishel in 2022, flipping the seat to Democratic control, and assumed office in January 2023.

• Ronald McDonald House: Served as Capital Campaign Assistant

Prior to her transition to higher education, Hein worked in the restaurant industry, including as owner and operator of Stephanie's Cakes and manager at The Old Spaghetti Factory, where she developed business and financial expertise.
