Stephanie McKenzie Foster is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 63. Born on March 8, 1967, in Jackson, Mississippi, she was elected in November 2019 and assumed office on January 7, 2020. She is married to Jimmie Foster and resides in Jackson.
