Stephanie Paige Borowicz is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 76th Legislative District since January 2019. She is the first woman to represent this district, which includes all of Clinton County and parts of Union County. A member of the Pennsylvania Freedom Caucus, she serves on the House committees of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Judiciary, Health, and Intergovernmental Affairs and Operations during the 2025-26 session. Borowicz is known for her conservative principles, advocacy for transparent government, Second Amendment rights, pro-life positions, reducing taxes, and protecting constitutional freedoms. She lives in McElhattan with her husband, Jason , three sons , and emphasizes faith, family, patriotism, and personal responsibility.

Education and Political Experience

Borowicz graduated from Vanguard University and previously served as president of a nonprofit organization, as well as a fourth-grade teacher. Elected in November 2018, she has focused her legislative work on eliminating wasteful spending, increasing school funding, and opposing government overreach.
