Biography
Stephanie Bice, born on November 11, 1973, in Oklahoma City, is a fourth-generation Oklahoman currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Oklahoma's 5th Congressional District. Elected to Congress in 2020, she became the first Iranian American to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to her congressional tenure, Bice served in the Oklahoma State Senate from 2014 to 2020, where she held positions such as Assistant Majority Floor Leader and Chair of the Senate Finance Committee. Before entering public service, she accumulated nearly two decades of experience in the private sector, focusing on business development, financial oversight, and marketing within her family's technology company and other ventures.
