Biography
Sophie B. Warren is a Democratic state representative serving House District 124 in Maine, representing part of Scarborough in Cumberland County. She is currently in her third term , having assumed office on December 2, 2020, after winning election in November 2020. Notable achievements include advocacy for reproductive rights, climate change legislation, and protection of Maine’s natural resources. She serves on the Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee, covering areas like energy policy, renewables, utilities, and telecommunications. Warren works as a paralegal, volunteers with the Scarborough Food Bank alongside her mother, and is affiliated with Seeds of Peace, Scarborough Land Trust, and Dirigo Girls State.
