Biography
Solomon Curtis Osborne is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 32 since assuming office on March 18, 2019, following a special election to succeed Willie Perkins Sr. An attorney with extensive legal experience, he has served as a county judge, public defender, and adjunct professor, and currently operates Osborne Law Office. He serves on committees including County Affairs, Judiciary B, Judiciary En Banc, Municipalities, and Public Utilities. Osborne is affiliated with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and the American Bar Association, and has four children, one deceased.
