Shane Barnett is a Republican state representative for District 86 in the Mississippi House of Representatives, covering Greene, Perry, and Wayne counties. Born on July 4, 1986, in Waynesboro, Mississippi , he works as a real estate appraiser and is a former firefighter. He is Roman Catholic and serves as Co-Chair of the Mississippi Future Caucus.
